Job Description
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet company objectivesDevelop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand the customer baseBuild and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and developersIdentify new market opportunities and potential clientsPrepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clientsNegotiate and close sales contracts with clientsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competitionCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project successDevelop and maintain sales reports and forecasts for management reviewManage sales budgets and expenses
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Building Materials preferably in Formwork Strong network in the construction market Fluent in English and Bahasa IndonesiaProven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel as needed
